Acidity of an organic compound increases of the formed anion, by losing the hydrogen ion, is more stable. To be more stable the negative charge on the anion must be smaller.

Alkyl groups show +I effect and donates electron density, hence they increases negative charge or lowers the positive charge on the respective ion. Or you say acidity decreases from primary to tertiary Carboxylic acids.

In the given Carboxylic acids... acidity will decrease due to increasing number of alkyl groups. Thus order of acidity will be CH3CH2COOH > (CH3)2CHCOOH >

(CH3)3CCOOH
