alpha = -13/5

beta = -3/5

alpha + beta = -13/5 -3/5 = -16/5

alpha*beta = -13/5 * -3/5 = 39/5

polynomial = x^2 - (alpha + beta) x + alpha*beta

= x^2 - (-16/5) x + 39/5

= 5x^2 + 16x + 39

Hope this helps......
