The product of the polynomials = -²/9

The sum of zeroes = -³/2

The polynomial so required :

K[x²-(sum of zeroes)x+product of Zeroes]

k({x}^{2} + \frac{3}{2} x - \frac{2}{9} ) \\ \\ k( \frac{18 {x}^{2} + 27x - 4}{18} ) \\

Where k = 18

So the required polynomial is 18x²+27x-4.
