Here is your answer,

Sum of zeroes = 2/3
Product of zeroes = -1/3

Quadratic polynomial = x^2 - (Sum of zeroes) x + product of zeroes

= X^2 - (2/3)x -1/3
=x^2 -2x/3 -1/3
=3x^2 -2x -1
