1. Fats rich food
2. Beef,Pork, Chicken etc.
3. Tropical Oils
4. Dairy Products like butter, cheese etc.

Functions of Lipids :

• Form membranes of the cells

• Help in regulation of cholesterol

• Regulation of energy needs

• Form membrane lipid layers

• Maintenance of temperature, i.e. homeostasis
