First we have to do sarvangasana. Then release the breath step by step and get the legs above the head and make it touch the ground. Make sure that the distance between the head and the legs where it is touching the earth is more. As far as keep the legs and toes straight.

Halasana is also known as plow pose.
In this
Step 1: you have to lie flat on the floor keeping the hands at the side of the body.
Step 2: slowly raise the legs perpendicular to the floor by using the strength on the abdomen.
Step 3: Press your arms on the floor and raise your buttocks slowly.
Step4: Now try to keep the spine as straight as possible.
Now slowly reverse the process.
