1. Using a dropper, place a few drops of the sample bon a microscope glass slide (sample of pond water )
2. Gently cover the sample with a cover slip and mount on the microscope stage tor viewing.
3. Start with low power and increase gradually to observe the specsimen.
4. Then, you will observe the protozoa.

Pour some liquid water in a sterile microscopic slide and please sit under a microscope. After having perfectly magnified, we can observe different and many types of single celled organisms including colonies of algae.
