The procedure is known as ABO blood typing
Fingertip has to be pierced with the help of sterile lancet and one drop of blood has to be added in each of the cavities.
One drop of antiserum has to be added into each cavity of the slide.
The blood has to be mixed with antiserum solution using mixing stick.
