• Now, put a Glycerine or Water drop and carefully place the cover slip on top of the mount. Be cautious in doing so as there should not be any air bubbles inside. The Air bubbles might hamper the observation part.
• Now place the slide under a highly magnified Microscope and observe the cells of the leaf.
