First of all the stove is lighted. Then the pan is put on the stove. Some water is added to it. Then some sugar lumps and tea leaves added to it. After the water has come to a boil milk is added to the pan. When the milk is brought to a boil, the stove is lighted off and the tea is put into the cups after filterating it through the sieve. It is served hot with biscuits or snacks.
