The below are the steps to insert a picture in Ms word:

Step 1:

Open your Ms word document and make sure you saved your picture in your computer.

Step 2:

Now check the insert tab which is to the right of home tab and to the left of page layout tab.

Step 3:

Now in the insert tab you will find illustrations section which consists of picture, clip art, shapes, smart art and chart.

Step 4:

now go to the pictures section and browse for the picture wherever you have saved it. after you have found it select and click on insert. Your picture is hence inserted.
