To open a New workbook, follow below given steps:-

• Click on the Start button.
• All the software, tools, and files will appear.
• Click on All Programs.
• Where you need to find Microsoft Office.
• Click on Microsoft office’s folder
• All Microsoft Office’s tools will appear.
• Click on Excel 2010.

 If you are already working on Excel workbook and want to open new workbook, just press Ctrl+N on your keyboard.

And if you want any existing workbook while working on Excel worksheet, then  you need to follow below given steps:-

• Click on File tab in the main menu.
• Click on Open.
• You can choose the place where the file is saved.

Close a Workbook(s)

If you want to save changes just click on Save, and if you do not wanted to save the file just click on don’t save otherwise you can click on cancel.
