x {}^{2}  + (sum )x + product \\  =  { x}^{2}  + 3x + 2

Given, sum of zeroes = 3

Product of zeroes = -2

By formula ,

x² + x ( sum of zeroes ) + ( product of zeroes )

x² + 3x + (-2 )

x² + 3x -2

is the quadratic polynomial required.
