a = \huge\frac{-4}{5}   ;     b= \huge\frac{1}{3}

k[ x^{2} - (a +  b)x + ab]

k[x^{2} - (\huge\frac{-7}{15})x + \huge\frac{-4}{15}]

15x^{2}+7x - 4

is the quadratic equation.......
