Rational Number:- a number written in the form p/q where q not equal to zero

an example is 8/5,1 etc

here the given decimal number is 0.37 hut decimal can't be along with fractions,then

we've to make it fraction.

here after the zero,0.37 has 2 decimal places ,that is we've to find the number which has 2 zeroes,and it's 100

and also

100×0.37=37

as it does make a decimal number to a rational, simply by dividing,with a number with zeroes, probably it's 100

and therefore,if 0.37 should be written in p/q

then the answer is 37/100

also when you divide it,you gets 0.37 as the answer
