3- Add boiled milk (the inter-particular space in it will be more because it got more kinetic energy and the inter-molecular force weakened) so that it can diffuse into the mixture of tea, water and sugar (by going between its inter-particular spaces).
4-You will know the diffusion has been done when the colour has changed from milky to brown (due to diffusion, and because particles of matter are very small).
5- When done, strain the tea into the cups- the tea is liquid and its particles have weak inter-molecular force, so they will be able to go through the strainer, but the leaves are solid and their intermolecular force is strong so they will have to stay.
