Reciprocal of (5 + √2) =>

 \frac{1}{5 +  \sqrt{2} }

By rationalization,

 \frac{1}{5 +  \sqrt{2} }  -  \frac{5 -  \sqrt{2} }{5 -  \sqrt{2} }  \\  \\  \frac{5 -  \sqrt{2} }{25 - 2}  \\  \\  \\   \frac{5 -  \sqrt{2} }{23}

I hope this will help you
