Answer:

a) area is expressed in metre2

ex- area of rectangle is (l x b)m2

b)  1 m2 = 10000 cm2.

1 Square centimeter (cm²) is equal to 0.0001 square meter (m²). To convert square centimeters to square meters, multiply the square centimeter value by 0.0001 or divide by 10000.

c)A litre is a cubic decimetre, which is the volume of a cube 10 centimetres × 10 centimetres × 10 centimetres (1 L ≡ 1 dm3 ≡ 1000 cm3). Hence 1 L ≡ 0.001 m3 ≡ 1000 cm3, and 1 m3 (i.e. a cubic metre, which is the SI unit for volume) is exactly 1000 L.
