the women's staff rooms were decorated with floral Rangoli and every woman staff was felicitated with a rose bud and a Cadbury chocolate slab

during assembly the children presented the women teacher with a very emotional song ," meri maa " the ladies were then led in prayer by the male teacher who later presented a power-point highlighting the need to respect women and look into their every need and fullfill them on a priority basis. gender equality was highlighted under the theme " Be Bold For Change " the celebration came to an end with a sumptuous staff lunch and a very appreciative women staff. International Women's Day is celebrated in the world over, every year on the eight day Rajhans, Professor, College of Engineering Pune.
