There are 6 fundamental rights in our constitution, they are as follows :

1. Right to freedom : Our Constitution guarantees that all citizens will be equally protected by the laws of the country and the state cannot discriminate against a Citizen on the basis of race, caste, creed ,sex or religion.
All should enjoy the quality here.


2. Right to Freedom : It is a cluster of several rights, including freedom of speech and expression, freedom to assemble peacefully and without arms, freedom to form associations or unions, freedom to reside and settle in any part of the country and freedom to practice any profession.



3. Right to freedom of religion: It provides religious freedom to all the citizens of India, according to which all citizen are free to profess, practice and propagate any religion. Every religious domination has the right to maintain its Institutions for religious purposes.


4. Right against exploitation : The right against exploitation is a legal weapon to ensure safety of citizens. One can go to the court of law to get justice.


5. Cultural and Educational Rights : It provides every community the rights to protect language, script and culture and allows all the minorities whether based on language or religion establish and administer educational institution of their choice.


6. Right to constitutional remedies : It is a very special right which empowers the citizens to go to the court in case of denial of any of these fundamental rights. The Court of law stands as a guard against the violation of these rights by the government.
