Citizens in a democracy also have responsibilities. One of these responsibilitiesis to choose our leaders. Another is to keep informed about what is going on with our government. It is also the responsibility of citizens to help make their community and neighborhood good places in which to live

3) Citizens also play a decisive role in the establishment of a welfare Government by participating and seeking to influence public opinion.

4) When the citizens exercise the right to vote, they provide directions to the whole democratic process.
