role of liver is vital and various it aids in digestion process by secreting bile juices that further stores in gallbladder ,this juice aids in emulsification of fats, that is ,breakdown of bigger molecules of fat into smaller molecules of fat and conversion of acidic food into alkaline medium

now the role of pancreas, pancreas secretes pancreatic juices that also helps in digestion its secrets pancreatic amylase ,trypsin and lipase which helps in breakdown of fats proteins and carbohydrates respectively
