Write the role of rural administration to strengthening Indian Democracy?

The most underdeveloped sector and part of the country are villages. Organized administration in such rural areas can strengthen the democratic rule laid by our socialist constitution. Large amounts of rural people struggle to have justice and equality. The democracy needs strict equality and equal rights for functioning properly. If the rural areas are not focused at, they can soon develop into riot hordes and destroy the integrity of our sovereign state.
