Given :  number got by subtracting 3 from 5 times the natural number

To Find : Write the sequence

Solution:

Tₙ = 5n - 3         n is natural number

Hence T₁ = 5(1) - 3  = 2

T₂ = 5(2) - 3  = 7

T₃ = 5(3) - 3  = 12

T₄ = 5(4) - 3  = 17

T₅ = 5(5) - 3  = 22

T₆ = 5(6) - 3  = 27

T₇ = 5(7) - 3  = 32

Hence sequence  is

2 , 7  , 12 , 17 , 22 , 27 , 32  _______________
