The sex of a human having XXY chromosomes with 22 pairs of autosomes is MALE.The name of the disorder of male having XXY chromosome is Klein-feltor's syndrome.

The Normal male have XY chromosomes with kariyotype having 46 chromosome,while the disordered man have XXY chromosomes with kariyotype having  47 disordered chromosomes.
