1 question answer
The history of transport is largely one of technological innovation. Advances in technology have allowed people to travel farther, explore more territory, and expand their influence over larger and larger areas. Even in ancient times, new tools such as foot coverings, skis, and snowshoes lengthened the distances that could be traveled. As new inventions and discoveries were applied to transport problems, travel time decreased while the ability to move more and larger loads increased. Innovation continues as transport researchers are working to find new ways to reduce costs and increase transport efficiency.

development of transport is a very crucial development due to its benefits received in the present. early transport was mainly done by buffaloes which carried carrages in which goods were there. as we know this took a lot time to reach to one place plus the maintainence / sudden mood swings of the bull. the road in that era was very bumpy and rather a harsh experience for the driver of the buffaloe. then came the industrial age the steam engine came with this proper railways and trains were introduced as well the journey was cut to 1/20 of the orignal time taken by the buffaloe as a result of industrial age the the environment started to degrade due to pollutants. after years and years of refining we have created an internal combustion engine this is way more efficient and less harmful than the steam engine as a result of internal combustion engine everyone now can carry the good on their own considering the fact that at the time of early development of internal combustion engine only a few people had a car , now we can transport any good or travel anywhere in our car. as for distance, large distance used to be covered by ship before and is still used today but seas are rather unpredictable so there is chance of the ship sinking. there are airplanes also but they are rather too costly after some years refinement of airplane engine will take place and it will be affordable and maybe planes will be available to privately own to common people hope it helps
