Answer:

Importance of Photosynthesis:

Photosynthesis is a crucial energy-converting process by which plants produce molecular oxygen and carbohydrates by the use of photons present in the light.  They help in maintaining a balanced level of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Green plants and trees use photosynthesis to make food from sunlight, carbon dioxide and water in the atmosphere: It is their primary source of energy. The importance of photosynthesis in our life is the oxygen it produces. Without photosynthesis there would be little to no oxygen on the planet.

Singnificance  of photosythesis:

Photosynthesis releases oxygen into the environment which is utilised by animals, human beings and many microbes in the process of respiration. Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants and some other organisms use sunlight to synthesize food from carbon dioxide and water.
