=\dfrac{(49)^{-\dfrac{1}{4}}}{(49)^{\dfrac{1}{4}}}

=49^{-\dfrac{1}{4}}.49^{-\dfrac{1}{4}}

=49^{-\dfrac{1}{4}-\dfrac{1}{4}}

Using the identity,

a^{m}.a^{n} =a^{m+n}
