The Fundamental Rights have been classified under the six categories-

1. Right to Equality

This law states that all citizens are equal irrelevant of their religion, caste, gender or age.

2. Right to Freedom

This right ensures that all citizens have freedom and are able to move and live without fear from higher forces like government or police.

3. Right against Exploitation

This right ensures that the children get education and are not forced to work (or exploit in any way) and are also everyone is paid equal for equal work.

4. Right to freedom of Religion

This right states that each and every citizen is free to follow whichever religion they like and should not be forced to follow a particular religion.

5. Cultural and Educational Rights

The main aim of this law is to protect the minorities. This provides rights to all section of society to save and preserve it's culture and establish their own educational institutions.

6. Right to Constitutional Remedies

This right is considered to be the most important Fundamental Right because it ensures the protection of our fundamental rights. It helps the citizens in moving court in case of violation of their Fundamental Rights.
