As 12 is twice the number 6 . As We know that the smallest 3 digit number is 100, so the smallest digit no. divisible by 6,8 and 12 has to be more than 100. Yes, it is divisibel by 2 , as it has a 0 at its Units Place.

So, the largest 2-digit number in base10 is 99. In binary (base 2), the largest 1-digit number is 1, so the largest 2-digit number in base 2 is 11.

Hope this will help you

Answer:

Difference between them is 1.

Step-by-step explanation:

We need to determine relation between smallest 3 digit number and the largest 2 digit number.

The smallest 3 digit number is 100.

And largest 2 digit number is 99.

The relation between them is that largest 2 digit number is 1 smaller than 3 digit smallest number.
