Write the smallest 4 digit number using the digits 6,0 and 5 repeating 5 twice.
Answers
Given.
- The digits 6, 0 and 5
To find.
- The smallest 4 digit number using 5 twice
Solution.
- We have the four digits 6, 0, 5 and 5.
- Remember one idea: when there is a 0, we should find which digit is second to 0 i..e. just bigger than zero. We write that digit in the beginning and then the 0. After zero we write other digiits from smallest to largest.
- Here 5 is just bigger than 0. So we write 5 in the beginning and then 0. Remaining digits are 5 and 6, which can arranged as 56 since 5 < 6.
- Thus the required number is 5056.
Answer.
Smallest number is 5056.

The given digit are: 0,3,7 and 9
For smallest number we have to take the digits as following:
The smallest digit at thousand place
0 is the smallest digit ,but if we take 0 at this place then number remains 3 digits
as 0379 =379
So we take next number bigger than 0 which is 3
2. Hundreds place smallest of remaining digits : 0,7,9 (i.e. 0)
3. Tens smallest of remaining digits : 7,9 (i.e. 7)
4. Ones place smallest of remaining digits : 9
So the smallest 4 digit Number becomes
= 3079
