Vitamin A

Source: Green leafy vegetables, ripe yellow fruits, guava, milk, liver, nuts, tomatoes, oranges, carrots, broccoli, watermelon etc.

Function: Vitamin A helps in the development and maintenance of teeth, skeletal and soft tissues.
