Definition of Polynomial

Polynomial is an expression which consist of variables and coefficients and involves arithmetic operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication. And it also contains non-negative integer exponent of variables.

Quadratic Polynomial - A quadratic polynomial is a second-degree polynomial which signifies that the exponents of the variables of polynomials are not larger than the degree 2.

Slandered form of quadratic polynomial in variable y is ay2 + by + c

Where a ≠ 0, and a, b, c are real or complex numbers.

Cubic Polynomial - A cubic polynomial is a third-degree polynomial which signifies that the exponents of the variables of polynomials are not larger than the degree 3.

Slandered form of quadratic polynomial in variable y is ay3 + by2+ cy + d

Where a ≠ 0, and  a, b, c  and d are real or complex numbers.
