It states that every matter with mass exerts some gravity on the other objects.
Its formula is G*m1*m2/d
Where G is gravitational constant
and m1 is the mass of an object
and m2 is the mass of another object
and d is the distance.

According to universal law of gravitation proposed by Newton, Every body in the universe attracts every other body with a force that is proportional to product of their masses and inversely proportional to square of distance between them.
