Use tally ERP software for this. In order to see a ledge and alter it, you need to go to Gateway of Tally, then Accounts Info, then ledgers and then Display or Alter.

Moving on to deleting a ledger, go to Gateway of tally, then Accounts Info, then ledgers, then alter, and then press Alt+D
