In MS word, before I tell you how to make these formatting changes, Let's take a look at what MS Word is? Please note that when i refer to MS Word, I mean Word 2007.

In MS Word,
To change font color, select the text and then click the font color drop-down in the font group of home tab to select the color you want.
To change paragraph alignment, select the entire paragraph and click on the various alignment options available in the paragraph group of the home tab.
To change Font Size, Select the required text, and click the font size drop-down in the font group of the home tab to select the required size.
To change the font Style, Select the text, and click on the font drop-down in the font group of the home tab to select the required font-style.
