Creating a folder depends upon the locatoin on your computer screen. If you are on Your homescreen then just Right click anywhere and writings will pop up. There will be an option that New, then click on it and choose the option folder. Thus you have created it. And to delete it only just right click on it and choose delete. Ok. Bye

right click on window with the help of mouse and the dialog box will appear click on new then choose new folder .
this is how folder can be created and to delete it click right and then dialog box appear choose delete option
