To insert a new slide in a presentation:
Open the presentation in which you want to insert a new slide.
Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
In the "Slides" group, click on the "New Slide" button. This will insert a new slide after the currently selected slide.
You can also insert a new slide by right-clicking on the slide thumbnail of the slide after which you want to insert the new slide and selecting "New Slide" from the context menu.
To delete a slide:
Open the presentation in which you want to delete a slide.
Click on the slide thumbnail of the slide you want to delete in the left-hand panel.
Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
In the "Slides" group, click on the "Delete" button. This will delete the currently selected slide.
To rearrange slides:
Open the presentation in which you want to rearrange slides.
Click on the slide thumbnail of the slide you want to move in the left-hand panel.
Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.
In the "Slides" group, click on the "Move" button and select "Move to Beginning" to move the selected slide to the beginning of the presentation, or select "Move Earlier" or "Move Later" to move the selected slide one position earlier or later in the presentation.
Alternatively, you can rearrange slides by clicking and dragging the slide thumbnail to the desired position in the left-hand panel.
