The files which are shared from a drive are stored in special location. We can access the file in some ways, they are :

• In your computer you will have to search network

• Now select network > search active discovery

• Now select the shared files option which will be available there

• Now you can search whichever file and access it without any trouble

We can also share printers with the above settings and this is in fact a bit complicated for basic users
