here are the steps for how to change the window colour of a pc:

step 1:

right click n your mouse and click on the personalize button which appears at the bottom.

step 2:

after clicking the personalize button you will see many things. the themes are for changing the background. now click on the window colour button available to the right of desktop background.

step 3:

now you can select any color, change it's intensity and enable transparency.

step 4:

in hide colour mixer you can increase or decrease hue, saturation and brightness. you can also edit the colour of the text and many other things by going to advance settings.
