1. open the database in the datasheet view.
2.click on the down arrow of the first field.
a drop down list of option will appear
3. click on the type of data you want to enter in the field.
4. now, enter name for the field.
5. repeat the steps 2 to 4 till all the fields are named.
6. now, enter the required data in all the fields.
