Line and paragraph distance should be considered when designing and formatting documents. You can increase the distance for better readability and drop it to fit further textbook on the runner.  Line distance is the distance between each line in a paragraph. Word lets you acclimate line distance. Single line( single line high), double distance( two lines high), or any other asked size. For illustration, if you use 12- point textbook, you can use 15- point distance.  Min As with the Exact option, you can elect the asked number of distance points. still, if you have textbook of different sizes on the same line, the distance will increase to fit the larger textbook.

Multiple-This option allows you to enter the number of spaces needed between lines.  For illustration, if you elect Multiple and change Distance to1.2, the textbook will be slightly hazy than single distance textbook. You can choose a lower value like0.9 if you want the lines closer together.
