Answer: 1. open the acsess data base 2. click the button that matches your file format 3. select the data source that you want to import or link to acsess 4. select the message of data storage 5. follow the remaining steps to the get external data dialog box and then click finish. 6. if you expect to import or link to this type of file often, click the save import steps check box. if you saved the import click save import to complete the import for future use. hope it helps > v < and please mark as brailniest if it great!!
