1)desk cleanup

Click Settings > Click Control Panel > Administrative Tools.

Click Disk Cleanup.

At the Drives list, select which drive you to want to run Disk Cleanup on.

Select which files you want to delete.

Click OK.

Click Delete Files

2)disk scanner

Double-click My Computer.Highlight a local hard drive by clicking it once.

Right-click the highlighted local drive and select Properties.

Click the Tools tab and click Check Now to check the drive for errors.

The computer needs to restart to run ScanDisk without getting interrupted.

3)system restore

Select the Start  button, then type control panel in the search box next to the Start button on the taskbar and select Control Panel (Desktop app) from the results.

Search Control Panel for Recovery, and select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next. 

Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.

1) Disk cleanup

Step 1: In “File Explorer”, right-click on your “C” drive, then left-click on “Properties”.

Step 2: Click on “Disk Cleanup”

Step 3: Select all items under, “Files to delete”. Then click on, “OK”.

Step 4: Delete the selected files.

Step 5: Click on, “OK”.

Step 6: Next, “Clean up system files” by once again, right-clicking on your hard drive and click on “Properties”.

Step 7: Click on “Clean up system files”.

Step 8: Select all files under, “Files to delete” and hit, “OK”.

Step 9: Click on, “Delete Files”.

Step 10: Click on, “OK”.

step1:Click Start and then click My Computer.

step2:Right-click the hard disk drive to scan, and click Properties.

step5:In the Check Disk Local Disk window, click to select the box next to Automatically fix file system errors.
