This method works only if you have Mozilla Firefox...... ↓

1. Navigate to the page with the flash file that you want to save.
2. right click on the page in select "view page info".
3. click the "Media" tab.
4. click the "Type" type to organise by file types.
5. scroll down and find anything with the "Object" type.
6. select the flash file you want to save.
7. click the "save as" button
8. open the flash file.
