2. To add to, subtract from,or interest with an existing selection , click the corresponding button in the option bar

3. (a). Drage to draw a freehand selection border. (b).To switch between freehand and straight- edge segment press window or option ( Mac os) , and click were segment should been and end ( To erase recently drawn staight segment, hold down the delete key.)
