The steps involved in making Tea are:

1) Take some water as a solvent in a bowl or kettle and heat it.

2) When the solvent starts boiling add milk and the solutes to it- sugar, tea leaves, then heat the solution again. The sugar is soluble in water and hence it dissolves while the solution is boiling.

3) The solution takes the colour of the tea leaves as filtrate and since tea leaves are insoluble in water the remain as residue.

4) The last step is to filter the solution.
