once there was a group of mice..the group was unhappy with their life..they was unhappy because the cat killed many mice but that group of mice wants to save their lives..Then they all held a meeting to discuss how to get rid of the cat..there were various suggestions give by each but no plan was practicabal..

Then a young mouse suggested that a bell should be tied round the cat's neck..they all welcomed that young mouse and ther proposal with joy..there and old mouse stood up and asked who was going to tie the bell around the neck of mouse??
