Step-by-step explanation:

x + 1 = 15

solve -

x= 15 - 1

x = 14

x is a variable so it's not fix value in math

Let the equation be :

                       \frac{1}{x} +\frac{2}{3x} =\frac{1}{3}   (where x is a variable)

solution:

-To find the value of 'X':

             \frac{1}{3} =    \frac{3x(1)+2(x)}{x*3x}  (cross multiplication)

             \frac{1}{3} =   \frac{5x}{3x^{2} }

              x=  \frac{5}{1}

              x=5

-hence obtained the value of 'x' using two algebraic  sum equation.
