Summary -

• The poet passes under a hemlock tree. He was very sad and his heart was filled with sorrow. There was a crow sitting on the branch of the tree. Suddenly, the crow shook the tree and some powdery snow fell on the poet.

• At the point of time, there was a change inside the poet. The poet's sadness and sorrow vanished. This saved a part of his day from being wasted and held in regret.

Message -

The poem - Dust of Snow conveys the idea that we should always appreciate small things in life as they are not unimportant. They have the power to bring significant changes to our life. The simple things which can be done for others may lead to difference.

We should not lose hope. There are hard times in life. We must think that the hard times will pass and we have to face it as we want good times. We must have a spirit that wills to change and appreciate small and little things.
